Return & Refund Policy

At Stoggl Store, we want you to receive the same product you see in our videos, images, and product page. If your order has any issue, our support team will help you with a replacement, return, or refund as per the policy below.

1. Return / Replacement Window

You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery

  • The product is defective or not working

  • You received the wrong item

  • Any main item is missing from the package

  • The product is significantly different from what was shown on our website

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Unboxing Video Requirement

To process damage, missing item, or wrong product claims faster, we request customers to record an unboxing video from the moment the package is opened.

The video should clearly show:

  • Outer package

  • Shipping label

  • Opening of the package

  • Product and accessories received

  • Any damage, missing item, or issue

This helps us verify the issue quickly and arrange a replacement or refund without delay.

3. Items Eligible For Return / Replacement

To be eligible, the product should be:

  • In the original condition received

  • With original packaging, box, remote, charging cable, ball/object, manual, and other accessories

  • Not physically damaged by customer misuse

  • Returned with all included items

4. Items Not Eligible For Return

Return or replacement may not be accepted if:

  • The product was damaged due to misuse, water damage, rough handling, or accidental breakage

  • The product is returned without original accessories

  • The product has visible signs of heavy use

  • The return request is made after 7 days of delivery

  • The issue is caused by incorrect usage

For example, in Line Track Mode, the car works best with a thick black line on a clean, flat, light-colored surface. Tracking issues caused by thin lines, uneven surfaces, or incorrect setup may not be treated as a product defect.

5. Replacement Policy

If your product is approved for replacement, we will send a replacement product after verification.

Replacement is usually processed for:

  • Damaged product

  • Defective product

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Missing main item

If the same product is out of stock, we may offer:

  • A replacement with a similar product

  • Store credit

  • Refund to the original payment method

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.

Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Refund will be sent to:

  • Original payment method for prepaid orders

  • Bank account / UPI provided by the customer for COD orders

Please note that bank processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

7. COD Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will not be given in cash.

Once the return is approved, refund will be transferred through:

  • UPI

  • Bank transfer

  • Store credit, if selected by the customer

Customer must provide correct refund details.

8. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order before it is shipped.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In that case, you can request a return or replacement after delivery if the product meets the return conditions.

9. Shipping Charges

If the issue is from our side, such as damaged, defective, wrong, or missing product, we will support the return/replacement process.

Shipping charges, COD charges, or handling charges may not be refundable unless the issue is due to our error.

11. Quality Check Before Dispatch

Before shipping, we try to quality-check products to make sure customers receive the correct item in proper condition.

Please read the product description and usage instructions before placing your order.

The Smart Sensor Car is an interactive toy. It works best on clean, flat indoor surfaces. For line-following mode, use a dark, thick black line for smooth tracking.
