However, slight differences may occur due to lighting, screen settings, product batches, packaging updates, or supplier changes.

For toys and electronic products, customers should read the product description, age recommendation, safety notes, and usage instructions before purchase.

For the Smart Sensor Car, the product works best on clean, flat indoor surfaces. For line-following mode, use a dark, thick black line on a light-colored surface for better performance.


4. Pricing and Offers

All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to change product prices, discounts, offers, shipping charges, or promotional deals at any time without prior notice.

Limited-time offers, coupons, discounts, and sale prices may be changed, extended, or discontinued at our discretion.

If a product price is listed incorrectly due to a technical error, we reserve the right to cancel or modify the order after informing the customer.


5. Orders and Acceptance

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or website notification.

Order confirmation does not always mean final acceptance. We may cancel or reject an order if:

  • The product is out of stock

  • The payment fails or is flagged as suspicious

  • The delivery address is incomplete or not serviceable

  • The order appears fraudulent or abusive

  • Pricing or product information was displayed incorrectly

  • We are unable to contact the customer for order confirmation

If a prepaid order is cancelled from our side, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

For online payments, transactions are processed through third-party payment gateways. We do not store your complete card or banking details on our website.

For COD orders, the customer must pay the full order amount at the time of delivery.

Estimated delivery time may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier partner, weather, holidays, logistics delays, or other external factors.

Once the order is shipped, customers may receive tracking details through SMS, email, WhatsApp, or our website.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, incorrect addresses, customer unavailability, or other circumstances beyond our control. However, we will try to support the customer in resolving delivery issues.


8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing the correct name, phone number, address, pincode, and delivery details.

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or unreachable phone number, the order may be returned to us.

In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.

Customers may request order cancellation before the order is shipped.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. After delivery, customers can request return, replacement, or refund only as per our Return & Refund Policy.

STOGGL also reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, suspicious activity, or delivery restrictions.

Customers must contact us within the eligible return/replacement period mentioned in that policy.

For damaged, defective, wrong, or missing product claims, we may request photos or an unboxing video for verification.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed according to the payment method and timeline mentioned in our Return & Refund Policy.

For children’s toys, adult supervision is recommended, especially for younger children.

Small parts, batteries, charging cables, packaging materials, or accessories should be kept away from children below the recommended age.
