Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with STOGGL. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms mentioned below.


1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship products across serviceable locations in India.

Delivery availability may depend on your pincode and courier partner serviceability.

If your location is not serviceable, we may contact you and cancel the order. If payment was already made, the eligible amount will be refunded.


2. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 24–48 working hours after order confirmation.

During sales, festivals, holidays, or high-demand periods, processing may take a little longer.

Orders are processed only on working days. Sundays and public holidays may not be counted as processing days.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is usually:

3–7 working days after dispatch.

Delivery time may vary depending on:

  • Customer location

  • Pincode serviceability

  • Courier partner

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Festival rush

  • Logistics delays

  • Customer availability

Remote areas may take additional time.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before placing the order.

We may offer free shipping on selected products, prepaid orders, or promotional offers.

Cash on Delivery charges, if applicable, may be added separately at checkout.


5. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected pincodes and products.

For COD orders, customers must pay the full order amount at the time of delivery.

Please keep the exact amount ready to avoid delivery issues.

We reserve the right to cancel COD orders if:

  • The address is incomplete

  • Phone number is unreachable

  • Order confirmation is not completed

  • COD service is not available in the selected location

  • Previous COD orders were refused or not accepted


6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details may be shared through SMS, email, WhatsApp, or order tracking page.

Customers can use the tracking link to check shipment status.

Please note that tracking updates may take a few hours to reflect after dispatch.


7. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners usually attempt delivery as per their standard process.

If the customer is unavailable, unreachable, or refuses delivery, the order may be returned to us.

In such cases, reshipping may require additional shipping charges.

For prepaid orders returned due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund if applicable.


8. Incorrect Address or Contact Details

Customers are responsible for entering the correct:

  • Full name

  • Mobile number

  • Complete address

  • Landmark

  • Pincode

  • City and state

STOGGL will not be responsible for failed or delayed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete customer details.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, contact us immediately before dispatch.


9. Delayed Delivery

We try our best to deliver orders on time.

However, delays may happen due to courier issues, weather, strikes, holidays, high order volume, or other situations beyond our control.

If your order is delayed, contact our support team and we will help you track the shipment.


10. Damaged Package During Delivery

If the package looks damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept the package if possible.

If you have already received it, record an unboxing video and contact us immediately.

For damaged, missing, or wrong product claims, an unboxing video may be required for verification.


11. Missing or Wrong Product

If you receive the wrong item or any main item is missing from your package, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please share:

  • Order ID

  • Photos of the package

  • Photos of the product received

  • Unboxing video

  • Description of the issue

Once verified, we will help with replacement or other eligible resolution as per our Return & Refund Policy.


12. Product Not Delivered But Marked Delivered

If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the package, contact us within 24 hours of the delivery update.

We will raise the issue with the courier partner.

Please note that courier investigation may take time, and resolution will depend on courier verification.


13. Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately depending on stock availability and warehouse processing.

You may receive separate tracking details for each shipment.


14. Order Cancellation Before Shipping

You can request cancellation before the order is shipped.

Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible. After delivery, return or replacement requests will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
