Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The product arrives damaged or defective.
- You receive the wrong item.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The item is unused and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The product has been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
- The return request is made after 7 days of delivery.
- The product is returned without original packaging and accessories.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred via bank account or UPI.
Replacement Policy
If the product is damaged, defective, or not functioning properly upon arrival, we will provide:

✅ A full refund (if replacement stock is unavailable)
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, manufacturing defect), return shipping costs will be covered by us.
- For all other approved returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

Your Breathing Teddy is covered by a 7-Day Limited Warranty from the date of delivery, giving you added confidence with every purchase.
✅ Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal household use, including:
- Manufacturing defects
- Breathing motion mechanism not functioning properly
- Built-in music or sound module malfunction
- Night light not working correctly
- Power button or control button defects
- Battery compartment defects
- Internal electronic component failures
- Product not operating as intended under normal use
❌ Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage caused by drops, impacts, or rough handling
- Tears, cuts, or damage to the plush fabric caused by misuse or pets
- Damage caused by exposure to excessive moisture or improper cleaning
- Damage resulting from improper battery installation or battery leakage
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or failure to follow the user instructions
- Normal cosmetic wear and tear, including fabric fading or minor surface marks
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly
- Damage caused by using incorrect battery types or improper battery handling
- Accessories or packaging lost after delivery
📋 Warranty Claim Process
To submit a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team with the following information:
- Order Number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos or a short video showing the problem
Once your claim has been reviewed and verified, we will provide a replacement unit or another appropriate solution based on the nature of the issue.
ℹ️ Important Note
This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects under normal household use. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modifications, damage caused by improper cleaning, or failure to follow the product's care and operating instructions. Warranty claims must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date to be eligible for coverage.
