Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The product arrives damaged or defective.
- You receive the wrong item.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The item is unused and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The product has been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
- The return request is made after 7 days of delivery.
- The product is returned without original packaging and accessories.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred via bank account or UPI.
Replacement Policy
If the product is damaged, defective, or not functioning properly upon arrival, we will provide:

Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, manufacturing defect), return shipping costs will be covered by us.
- For all other approved returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

Your Multi Functional RC Car is covered by a 7-Day Limited Warranty from the date of delivery, giving you confidence in the quality and performance of your purchase.
✅ Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers verified manufacturing defects under normal and intended use, including:
- Manufacturing defects in the RC car body, internal electronic components, motors, wheels, remote controller, battery compartment, or included accessories.
- RC car failing to power on due to a verified manufacturing defect.
- Defective remote controller or non-responsive control buttons caused by a manufacturing defect.
- Motors not functioning properly due to manufacturing defects.
- Follow Mode, Escape Mode, or Demo Mode not operating correctly because of a verified manufacturing defect.
- LED headlights not working due to a manufacturing defect.
- Product arriving cracked, broken, or damaged because of manufacturing or packaging defects.
- Missing components compared to the listed package contents.
- Battery compartment or charging port (if rechargeable) failing due to a verified manufacturing defect.
- Product failing to operate as intended immediately upon delivery because of a verified manufacturing defect.
❌ Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear from regular use.
- Damage caused by drops, impacts, collisions, rough handling, or accidental damage.
- Damage caused by operating the RC car on unsuitable surfaces or in unsafe environments.
- Damage caused by exposure to water, excessive moisture, mud, sand, dirt, or other environmental conditions beyond normal intended use.
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, or failure to follow the user manual.
- Damage caused by inserting incorrect batteries, battery leakage, improper charging (for rechargeable models), or using unauthorized chargers.
- Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly of the RC car or remote controller.
- Cosmetic scratches, paint wear, or discoloration that do not affect product functionality.
- Loss of accessories after delivery, including the remote controller, batteries, charging cable (if included), or user manual.
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
📋 Warranty Claim Process
To submit a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- Order Number
- Clear description of the issue
- Clear photos or a short video demonstrating the defect
- Photos of the product, packaging, and all included accessories (if applicable)
- Any additional information requested for verification
Once your claim has been reviewed and the manufacturing defect has been verified, our support team will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include:
✅ Replacement of defective accessories or components
✅ Replacement of missing items
✅ Replacement of the remote controller (if applicable)
✅ Replacement of the RC car (if necessary)
ℹ️ Important Note
This 7-Day Limited Warranty applies only to verified manufacturing defects under normal and intended use.
It does not cover accidental damage, drops, collisions, misuse, improper battery installation or charging, exposure to water or unsuitable environmental conditions, unauthorized repairs or modifications, normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage that does not affect performance, or loss of accessories after delivery.
Warranty claims must be submitted within 7 days from the delivery date, and valid proof of purchase is required.
To help extend the life of your Multi Functional RC Car:
- Use the car on clean, smooth surfaces for the best performance.
- Avoid operating the toy in water, mud, sand, or excessive dust unless specifically designed for those conditions.
- Install batteries correctly or charge the rechargeable battery according to the user manual.
- Switch off the car and remote controller when not in use.
- Store the RC car in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
- Follow all operating and maintenance instructions provided in the user manual.
This warranty is designed to protect you against verified manufacturing defects, while ensuring the product is used safely and maintained according to its intended purpose.
